Our application process is designed to find driven, entrepreneurial-minded students ready to make an impact. From an initial application to engaging challenges and interviews, we ensure the best fit for our community. If you’re passionate about startups, innovation, and creating change, we’d love to meet you!
Start by filling out our short online form where we ask about your background, interests, and motivation to join START Munich. Be honest and let your personality shine through.
Our internal team carefully reviews each application to understand your drive, potential, and alignment with START Munich’s values. We’re not just looking at experience—we value mindset and passion.
If selected, you’ll receive an entrepreneurial challenge via email along with an invitation to an interview. The challenge changes regularly and is designed to be suitable for people from different backgrounds. We’re not looking for perfect answers—we care about your thinking, creativity, and problem-solving approach.
The interview is an opportunity to assess the fit from both sides. You'll speak with two STARTies about your motivation, mindset, potential contribution and also present the challenge you prepared. While we prefer in-person interviews, online meetings are possible if necessary.
If you make it through, congratulations! You’ll officially join START Munich and kick off your journey with our Onboarding Phase, where you’ll meet the team, attend workshops, and start building your startup future.
